Solid laminate

Core

Made of multiple layers of phenol-resin-coated kraft paper, the core is the largest component.

Decorative sheet

A sheet of melamine coated cellulose paper in the selected color or pattern.

Transparent overlay

The melamine coated cellulose alpha sheet turns transparent when subjected to heat and pressure.

The core's phenol-resin provides greater resistance and dimensional stability and, together with the scratch and light resistant melamine on the surface, enhances durability.

Maintenance

A damp cloth and soapy water are all that's required. Stubborn stains may be removed with a solvent, but abrasive products should be avoided.

Warranty

Decolam laminate products and hardware are covered by a one-year warranty on materials and labor, subject to proper maintenance and normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, abuse, excessive humidity or dryness, or building construction defects.
