patterns and wood grains to satisfy the most discriminating design

Note:
Due to the special resins used in the manufacture of our Arborite
Laboratory Grade Solid Phenolic Core panels, there
is a slight difference in colour compared with our regular
Arborite Classic Solid Phenolic Core panels.

Arborite
Classic Solid Phenolic Core panels represent a category of thick,
self-supporting homogeneous panels finished with a tough wear-resistant
melamine surface on both sides. They are strongly resistant to
chemical products. The test results should dictate which product
is best suited for your application.

Arborite Classic Solid Phenolic Core panels are available in five surface textures.: Cashmere: a matte texture with a slight sheen. Diamond: a fine beaded texture which minimizes smudges
and finger marks and offers optimum scratch resistance. Gloss: a flat texture with a high sheen. Laqwood: a slightly embossed wood grain texture. Velvatex: A smooth furniture finish texture.

products, Arborite, a division of Premark Canada Inc.,
is continually improving its production methods.
To achieve this, the company has analyzed its techniques
in depth in order to reduce to a minimum their impact on
the environment with respect to energy use, resource depletion,
use of drinking water and industrial and environmental emissions.
Based
on the recycled material content in our kraft papers, our
finished panels contain more than 20% recovered material
by weight. Only renewable forest products are used in our
solid laminate panels. They contain no heavy metals, rain
forest timbers or tropical hardwoods.
